A loving biography about my daughter Angela Rae Crutchfield who was born on July 8, 1981 in Orlando Florida. She was born with Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus and developed full blown Lupus as a teenager complete with an Antiphospholipid Syndrome and an Arnold Chiari and Budd Chiari Malformation. She lived an amazingly independent life with gusto, charm and a winning smile. She left us all broken-hearted when she went to heaven on December 18, 2005. This is for her and for her neice that she never met - Maddie. For those of you greiving - I share this with you and encourage you (as my family did with me) to write about your loved one, it will help.
