The Family of John McCornack & Martha McMillan

John McCornack (1810- ) was the son of Andrew (b.1778) and Helen McCornack of Annabaglish, southwest of Kirkcowan, Galloway, Scotland. Scotland. In 1838, John's parents, along with John and brothers Alexander and Andrew and sister Janet emigrated to New York. They later settled near Elgin, Kane Co., Illinois. John married Martha Melinda McMillan of Rutland. She was the daughter of James Enos McMillan (b.1798) of Franklin Co., New York. Several generations of ancestors and descendants are given.
