It centers on the human experience, and one human's experience with the coalmine-covered goldmine that is life. Ott's observations are terse in words, but loquacious in the thoughts he hopes they'll inspire. From the absolute everythings, these are the almost anythings. Daniel Ott was born in Columbus, Indiana, in 1992. He lives in Shelbyville, where he wrote his first collection of poetry, I Am the Phoenix, and where he is currently hard at work on his third.
