Résumé du livre

In an effort to revitalize Arrow Heights Baptist Church, this project involved the development of an outreach and retention strategy aimed at the emerging generations (18-34 year olds) in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The project director designed the initiative around the SCMD process (Share, Connect, Minister, Disciple), a relational small-group strategy. The scope of this project was limited to twelve potential small group leader training sessions held at one of three times during a four-month time period at Arrow Heights. Small groups launched upon training completion. The project director evaluated participants through the use of both descriptive and inferential statistics.
