General description of the collection: The Henry C. Brown, Jr. papers include a completed World War II Veterans Survey questionnaire. Brown wrote that the guns on his division's tanks were not powerful enough to damage the German Panther and Tiger tanks. He felt that some of his officers were excellent, while "others wouldn't make good PFCs." Brown provided a brief description of coming under attack by German bombers in France.
