The Larsons and the Haugens

Also includes descendants of Tollef A. Haugen (1832-1917) and his wife, Guro "Gool" Jacobson Haugen (1836-1929). They were married in Norway and had ten children, 1862-1884, born at Telemark, Norway. Their oldest daughter immigrated to Wisconsin in 1884 and married Arne Larson in 1889 in Pleasant Springs Township, Wisconsin. The rest of the family immigrated to the United States ca. 1890. Tollef and his wife died at Fertile, Iowa. Descendants listed lived in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and elsewhere.
