Your company Employee Handbook should cover all the rules and regulations that an employee is expected to know and follow. They are an employee's guide that explains the company's rules and regulations.On the first day of employees' employment, they are given a copy of the company's Employee Handbook and after a week are asked to sign an agreement stating that they have read the handbook and understand its content.
