What is it that decides a person's identity? This work, produced by three photographers, Wendy Ewald, Pauls Seawright and Rineke Dijkstra, as a result of a year's work instigated by the Netherlands Photo Institute, addresses this question through photographic means. Each photographer presents a thematically related group of works and includes an essay of their personal thoughts on the subject.
