This is the fourth of the sixth book, Sailing Around the World Series. It has been formatted for children and teenagers with reading difficulty. Jonathan, a self-taught sailor left banking to sail around the world. He headed west into the setting sun. Whether it was 1000 or 10 miles, he knew where he was going, but not what adventures were in front of him. This story continues after he was shipwrecked in the Atlantic, and starts to cross the Pacific Ocean. Since he has lost his sailing boat, he crews on other boats. He is still heading west, heading for home, but the adventures were not over...yet.
