The box includes 17 letters that reflect Dr. Sullivan's commitment to his field of study and profession. The letters also reveal that he was a member on the board and owner of several share of the Capital Stock of the Cooperative Township, Incorporated. he was honored by the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) of Philadelphia for his accomplishments and work. Other documents include newspaper clippings, a 23 page booklet on the "Principles of Bacteriology" income tax and other financial records, conference demonstration and presentation booklets, personal records to include birth certificate, death certificate, military records, marriage license, and divorce papers.
