The current rate of technological, scientific and social change is such that being ready and able to change with the evidence is needed in any attempt to render an intelligible account of our experiences. This work attempts to explain how we might go about forming our thoughts and beliefs about ourselves, our world and how we should properly conduct ourselves in a justifiable and non-arbitrary fashion.
