Thomas Prince (1811-1846) was born in Tennessee and married Rebecca Davis (1812-1901) there in 1835. They later moved to Missouri. His sister, Eleanor Prince, married J.C. Davis, the brother of Rebecca. Rebecca later married Freeman Tyrell in Oregon where the families had settled.
