Melody is starting her first week as a high school senior. Her anticipation for graduation has made her more and more annoyed with being at school. The ideas of the process and especially the boys. Melody does not like being told how they think. She finds herself constantly being told how to feel about things and think about them. Not only about school things like pep rallies and pictures but boys also. Her friends think she would not be as annoyed if she had a boyfriend. She believes there are no boys to date or is there?
