Résumé du livre

When Jason Morningstar, an ex-Marine with special talents learns his eldest son Jeremy has been beaten and framed by a corrupt police department and railroaded by equally corrupt judge and District Attorney, he waits to see if justice will free his son. It doesn't and Jeremy is taken to prison. Morningstar begins his own brand of justice by extracting confessions from the arresting officers, hoping that will free Jeremy. When the FBI is called in, it becomes wide open warfare. The IRS colludes with the FBI and they become targets for the wrath of a man whose specialty for years was assassinating enemies of the govermment. Using those skills and the knowledge of wilderness survival, the hunt to eliminate Morningstar becomes more frustrating as every team sent against him is destroyed
