Milán Knízák, George Maciunas, Ben Patterson, Paul Sharits, Tomas Schmit, Cheiko Shiomi, Ben Vautier, Robert Watts and Emmett Williams, (all of whose names are printed in various artistic typographic fonts). Brief descriptions of the pieces are included, as are payment details for their performance. At the end, a detailed "Expanded Arts Diagram," genealogically relating hundreds of individuals in the greater Fluxus galaxy.
