Résumé du livre
"Rape, Sexism, Life & Death" is a poetry book covering topics from rape and sexism to love and death by Chicago poet Janet Kuypers. (Kuypers worked as an acquaintance rape workshop facilitator and did additional art and advertising work a campus acquaintance rape education group; Kuypers was also in a near fatal car accident while stopped, so the poems in this collection reflect hose things.) About half of the poems in this collection are in not only English but also with Slovak translations (Slovak translations by Katarína Fiserova), published through Scars Publications. This is also the first release of a series of poetry books from Janet Kuypers in the "Partial Nudity" series (as this is designated as the "Translations Edition"). Kuypers is releasing a series of short books (with images from her past mammogram on the cover, with each edition in a different color) of recent poetry of hers. All are scheduled to be released by mid 2014, so this is the first edition in this series.
