"The Annals of English Drama, 975-1700" is an analytical record of all plays, extant or lost, from this time period. This revised edition takes into account the large amount of material that has subsequently appeared since the original Alfred Harbage publication. The format has been slightly altered for ease of reference and a selective list of medieval texts has been added. Also included are the results of recently published research, suggesting alternative possibilities concerning dates and authorships.
