James H. Lowe, Jr., more commonly known as Jim Lowe, was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After graduating from high school, he attended Langston University. He has earned several degrees, including a doctorate in business administration. Jim served four years in the U.S. Navy. He is a romantic at heart and has traveled the world over. He enjoys meeting people. After retiring, he decided to devote his time to writing. He writes about many different subjects, and many of the subjects are taken from real-life experiences. He feels that a good love story will always have a place in the hearts of readers. He feels that love is what brings people together and will give them hope for the future. Love is a wonderful thing, and it can be the most important thing in one's life in the right situation.
