This is the first comparative science or scientific comparative study. Science is the ladder to the truth, and it is not unique. As the greatest tribute to Joseph Needham, I point out the truth that he failed to raise:the system of Chinese civilization that exists parallel to Western science. Fire as the fourth state of matter was discovered by modern science, which proves that the five elements are the correct material classification. The first five moments of the universe produced five states: waterl being fluid, firel being burning, woodl being life, metall being solidification, and earthl being ash. Under the corresponding temperature, pressure and space-time conditions, everything is transformed into any of five elements. Chinese science reveals that the five internal organs and five fingers rely on the formation of five elements of energy structure and regards that the lives on the earth will appear in the equilibrium energy field formed by the sun, the moon and the five major planets. The bodymeridian is the energy trajectory produced by the resonance of life and celestial bodies. The mystification and superstition of science make Chinese people to be generally afraid of science. Both China and the world need further scientific enlightenment and academic tolerance and need to carry forward the true scientific spirit of questioning authority and innovation. Chinese traditional science has the incomprehensible characteristics of other nations and is the most valuable part of the Chinese civilization which is truly worthy of introduction to the world.
