Is Greg Miles immortal? When he died, his soul transferred to the body of a younger man, Klaus Hauptmann, who had recently died. The body revived, and Greg lived on as Klaus. Then Klaus died, and it happened again. Now in his third reincarnation as Enrico Ramos, Greg must come to terms with a new life and new family and friends. How does he integrate this life with his past lives? Who does he tell about himself? And finally, there is the question of his purpose. Why has God given him this immortality? The answer seems especially important in this life because he has been given powers that he did not have as Greg or Klaus.
