Résumé du livre
Soil erosion has damaged many of the best soils in southern Indiana and has made the growing of ordinary crops unprofitable on other lands that were at best only moderately productive. Yields have been maintained on many eroded soils only through the use of lime and fertilizer and the growing of improved varieties of crops.
