Take a childlike journey in rhyme with Mrs. Trolleywire, who loves to find bargains in her quaint little town of Ups N Downs, and is always eager to lend a helping hand to her friends. One day, she visits Miss Hup-a-Cup, who owns the local tea room, and promises other town friends she'll help them learn how to do their jobs better. But, when several beautiful items in town start to go missing, her friends' education plans are interrupted. With rumors of seeing the tricky OO HOO Bird around, Mrs. Trolleywire gathers at the tea room with fine Mayor Tiddle De Winks and other townsfolk to come up with a clever plan to stop the stealing. But will she solve the mystery and still help her friends succeed at work when she finally discovers the true identity of the thief?
