It has been said that the earth will end with a whimper. What they failed to mention was the tremendous crack that rocked the world to its very foundation as the gates of hell were torn asunder. This was followed promptly by a wave of heat that put my home state of Georgia to shame. Then, the screaming began. It started slowly at first as the world seemed to hold its collective breath. Then, it picked up until nearly every being on the planet screamed out in simultaneous anguish. Yes, they say that the world will end with a whimper, but I am here to tell you it ends in blood, screaming, pain and death. This is what happens when the Devil takes a vacation and all Hell breaks loose.
