School Financial Culture

This book builds a framework for establishing and nurturing a financial culture in a school context. It highlights issues that the Principal, Board Members and Business Manager need to understand and address as part of their responsibility for governance and management. Specifically, it examines the Board's responsibility, Executive and middle management participation, financial stability markers, cost cutting, cash flow, fees collection, communication to the school community and financial aid processes.
