Interim Report of the Senate Elections Committee Concerning Political Contributions and Expenses

During the 1977 interim, the Senate Elections Committee was assigned by the Legislative Council, the task of studying the Political Contributions and Expenses Law (IC 3-4). The Committee recommended to the Legislative Council and to the General Assembly a major revision of IC 3-4 and drafted a bill to submit during the 1978 session, which is included as an appendix to the report.
