The research investigated coastal terrain and related processes along the humid subtropical coast of Natal, South Africa, by combining field sampling with remote sensing data. The objectives and methods of the research are described. Seven professional papers were presented in connection with the contract. The five Technical Reports published under the contract are summarized.
