Résumé du livre
Abstract: The teacher educator, whether in college or inservice, can enhance teaching effectiveness through understanding some basic principles and techniques for use in communicating with students. The principles explored are: focus on the teacher's perceptions, strength and capabilities; provide modest inspirations; maintain objectivity and respect; encourage experimentation; quantify the job at hand; and minimize conflicts. Teaching is not an exact science, but a realm in which individuality, adaptation and judgement are of paramount importance.
