Judith's diary is the transcription of the diary kept by Judith when a member of the New Zealand Contingent to the 1946 London Victory Parade. Judith records her journey, fellow travellers and events on the H.M.N.Z.T. Maunganui from the day she departed R.N.Z.A.F. Base Ohakea, the 20th of April 1946, to her last day aboard the 12 August 1946. She write of the day of the parade, meeting Princess Elizabeth, her holiday at Glen Urquhart in Scotland, and her brief trip to Paris. H.M.N.Z.T. Maunganui travelled to the London docks via Tahiti and Panama, returning to New Zealand via Malta, the Suez Canal, Colombo and Perth Western Australia.
