Résumé du livre
This study reports on an investigation of the utility of SPOT-1 multispectral digital data to assess water quality conditions in Green Bay, an embayment of Lake Michigan. Near simultaneously acquired SPOT-1 data and water quality observations were obtained and related using linear regression techniques. High concentrations of suspended sediments appear to be controlling the water volume reflectance. Overlay analysis using digitized bathymetry reveals the effect of an underwater sill on the mixing and transport of the Fox River plume.
