A comprehensive calibration of the geometry of the NBS electron scattering apparatus is described. A complete set of measured parameters is tabulated in this report. Combining these parameters with observed values of certain variables as described herein permits the accurate determination of the solid angle, scattering angle, and target angle for each cross section measurement made with the apparatus. The uncertainty in a cross section measurement due to the imprecision of the geometry calibrations is less than one part in 103.
