There's a reason for this. All living creatures have ESP. Except Earth! That's because of the Cro-magnon civilization. Because of them The intergalactic council put an esp blocker on earth. That's why humanity has struggled for thousands of years and cannot achieve world peace.

Because of brain surgery gone wrong our Hero, Finn, becomes the worlds greatest mentalist. After struggling with his new power ( it almost drives him mad), he discovers an evil society on earth and the story is about their battle for the future of earth.
