The Art of Dove Bradshaw

Dove Bradshaw has been a major proponent in the development of the artistic concept of indeterminacy. This monograph is the first extensive critical analysis of her work. Her method has been to combine unstable materials with traditional ones, setting off a metamorphic process. Thomas McEvilley reviews Bradshaw's work from the perspectives of art as event and object, including descriptions of her collaborations with John Cage.
