Years ago, I watched younger people than I asking questions about some things I had considered established facts.

I wondered why they did not know this or that. Then, I realized they did not know because they had not been told.

I decided right then and there, when I retired, I would write a book to enlighten these young minds with some words of wisdom from the past.

I have assembled some stories from my life that will inform you. Some will entertain you.

Others will make you laugh. Some will make you cry. Some will make you laugh so hard you will cry. And even some of our ancestry is very interesting.

As you read each story, I hope you will look forward to what I might say next!

It is my sincere hope that you enjoy reading this book as much as I have enjoyed writing it.
