Résumé du livre
A report on the African slave trade, following the ban of 1807. While the British, with some American help, patrolled the West Coast of Africa to intercept slave ships, there was still much money to be made in supplying Brazil and the Spanish colonies in the West Indies. Includes extracts from eyewitness accounts of slave traders and their ships, with desciptions of conditions and numbers of slave being trafficked.
