Project Bundling is a contract procurement strategy that is being widely used by many State Transportation Agencies. It is claimed that project bundling can reduce project costs and expedite project delivery. To understand the current state of the practice and perception about project bundling among STA representatives as well as how practices and perceptions differ with STA’s level of project bundling experience, a survey was conducted. This report presents the detailed findings of the survey, including the benefits and challenges of the bundling method.
