THe DC is a self-starting PowerPoint presentation, including PowerPoint Viewe, with over 100 minutes of video in 25+ film clips. Using PowerPoint slides and embedded film clips, it illustrates the nature of total sanitation, where the two key pillars of total sanitation are: a) sanitation marketing and stimulating the private sector, and b) Intelligent social marketing, social mobilisation and the use of subtle social pressure to ban open defecation.
