The collection encompasses royalty, nobles and politicians, covering some of the most important events of the century. The Profiles are of Katherine Parr, James IV, Lady Margaret Pole, Cardinal Wolsey, Marie of Guise, Thomas Cromwell, Lady Penelope Devereux, James V, Lady Katherine Grey, Sir William Cecil, Lady Margaret Douglas and Sir James Melville. The inter-relationships between these individuals, which affected the politics of the day, can clearly be seen in this compilation.
