Résumé du livre
This paper focuses on the position of women in secondary and tertiary education, training and employment and examines inequalities and discriminatory practices, while noting the effects of wider social influences, such as parental attitudes. Proposals for change are offered including the reallocation of resources, career counselling, review of the curriculum and school structure and encouragement for young women, such as special programs to build up self confidence.
