Ledger of Dr. Jonathan Johnson, the first physician of Norwich, New York, from January, 1827-September, 1829. Gives patient name, procedure performed (in some instances), medication given, and fee charged (in both shillings and dollars). There are also personal/business entries. The entries are in ink, in several hands, and enumerate the medicines given and the dosages in apothecary symbols.
