Abstract: an evaluative bibliography of textbooks, instructional and curriculum guides and course outlines appropriate for use by health professionals, trainers, and field workers in developing countries includes reviews of 116 nutrition-related resources. Each entry lists: target group and geographical area; specific emphasis; sponsor or publisher; source; and a reviewof the item. Subject categories included are: general nutrition, primary health care, maternal and child feeding, nutritional assessment and surveillance, nutrition education, nutrition-related technology, nutritional rehabilitation and deficiencies, and program management.
