Philip Rounde lived on the Isle of Guernsey in the Channel Islands. He emigrated before 1656 and settled in Salem, Massachuasetts. He married and had two sons, Mark and Robert. Robert was born 13 July 1678 in Beverly, Massachusetts. He married Deborah Plumb 13 July 1678 and they had six children. Descendant Frank Roundy was born 31 October 1888 in Hermon, Maine. His parents were Edward Francis Roundy and Nellie Maria Libby. He married Helen Elizabeth Pierce in 1919. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in Ireland, Massachusetts and Maine.
