Like so many, her mother was very worried about spreading the virus to her daughter and others. She didn’t want her to die. Unfortunately, she felt it necessary to send her away to live with different relatives until it is safe to return home. Our young author laments, “I miss her so much and I feel so bad and helpless and even guilty that she cannot just leave her job for a while.
