This particular crime-fiction novel finds Charlie (i.e. Charles 'Charlie' Warner Kennedy O'Brien) and his CIA associates investigating a bank embezzlement in a large bank in Berlin, GERMANY (e.g. the theft was for $250,000,000.00 Euros). The first novel was titled "Charlie O'Brien, Private Investigator, the second book was called, "Kidnap Country", and the third novel was named, "The Money Changer".
