Unlike past wars, the armed conflicts of the 21st century will see innovative use of computers, satellite imagery and weapons such as Tomahawk cruise missiles and nuclear-powered aircraft of all types. In the air, in the sea or on the ground, wars will be fought with the XMS Electronic Fighting Vehicle; the RAH-66 Comanche Attack Helicopter; the Bradley Stinger Air Defense Vehicle; and the Harpoon anti-ship missiles. There will be bigger and more innovative sea-going crafts, such as CVN-77 and CVX-78 aircraft carriers.
