Chased through time and space Billy is attacked by creatures beyond his wildest nightmare. Unknown to him the darkness of the Wolver Empire is spreading throughout the universe! Death and destruction of innocents left in the wake! Planets and people set afire! Unfortunate souls transformed into mindless killing machines, themselves driven ever forward to total annihilation and domination of every creature and world in their path! Only one member of the Dog Star has followed, battling the enemy to the farthest corner of the universe and finally Earth. It is here that this lone fighter must find a prophesied warrior and together make a final stand. Oblivious of all this the boy stumbles directly into the path of the enemy and chased through a portal in time lands injured and unprepared in ancient China only moments away from death. Unwilling and unready for any of this the boy, the Alien dog warrior, an old inept wizard and his beautiful young apprentice are forced to flee or fight. In the end willing and able or not, they must find a way to save the world and perhaps the very universe from total domination, and somehow survive!
