It is comprised of a list of specimen numbers 5201-6400, collected December 15, 1939-February 2, 1940 in Puerto Rico. Entries have plant name, collection location and date, and some have brief descriptions of plant and habitat. The last two pages have an itinerary for these dates of the expedition.
