Résumé du livre

Abstract: As a disciplene for systematic evaluation of alternative actions used as a basis of choice, decision analysis uses the tools that provide methodology for analyzing and dealing systematically with decision situations in management. Topic areas include: (1) introductory concepts and current applications; (2) developing decision modeling skills; (3) analytical strategy for real-world decisions; (4) direct and indirect probability assessment techniques; and (5) relating decision-making technology to the organizational context.
