Based on a true story of the 58,000 teddy bears sent to the children of New York City in the months following 9-11. Three teddy bear friends want to go to New York City to comfort the children. T. Bear and Cuddles tell Gruff that his teeth and claws are too scary to be chosen by the Bear Lady. So they try to help him become more appealing with surprising results.
